Mr Bakshi has taken away the club from central park 1 residents and is charging them on a monthly basis and also kept a good portion of the complex entrance land under himself.The point here is that central park 1 was made by the Mahindras hence the finish was very good.But central park 2 is being built by the landowner Mr Bakshi..The project has been going on for a long time.The varieties of kitchen promised range from hacker to very lowly ones so obviously you wont get kacker.Nothing much is ready in all these years..The number of apartments in the complex have gone up manifold.Check whether the club will be part of the deal or you will have to pay for it on a regular basis. Their designs are not original as the latest duplex design is copied from the sellout design of Tata Raisina.So much for originality. lets see if this comment is printed as negative comments which are true are hardly printed.If you dont beleive me ask central park 1 residents and you will get the story of broken promies...
