Hello Mr. Thakur,
You need to visit the HUDA office with the particular plot number and there you need to speak with the concern officer (JE) regarding the details of that particular plot number. I am sure he will help you in this regards. Otherwise there is no as such legal way to get the details of the particular plot.

Jamabandi website is woking perfectly fine. You can check the records now. There was some problem in last week of april but now its working perfectly fine.
